Mental health is the foundation of strong, resilient communities. At Greenwood Global Mental Health & Relief Foundation, we believe that access to mental health knowledge is a human right – not a privilege. Many communities in Jamaica, the Caribbean, and underserved regions worldwide face significant stigmas, limited resources, and a lack of educational tools that prevent individuals from seeking help.
Our Mental Health Education Program works to close that gap by empowering people with the information, skills, and support they need to understand, protect, and strengthen their emotional well-being.
We host culturally sensitive, evidence-based workshops that help individuals and families recognize mental health challenges, respond to crises, and build healthy coping strategies.
We partner with schools and youth organizations to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and teach mental health literacy from an early age.
Our team facilitates guided group conversations that provide connection, emotional support, and a safe space for healing.
We collaborate with mental health professionals, local NGOs, and global partners to expand access to trauma-informed care and community-based interventions.
Education is not just information – it’s prevention, intervention, and long-term resilience.
Your support helps us bring mental health education to more schools, churches, community groups, and vulnerable regions worldwide.
